At Interceding For The Nations, we believe in the transformative power of prayer. Our mission is to bring people together in prayer, interceding for nations, governments, families, and communities. We invite you to join us in lifting up these critical areas in prayer, trusting that God will bring healing, guidance, and blessings.
Prayer Points
1.
Pray for Presidents, Kings, Prime Ministers, and Commonwealth of Nations
Pray for the Royal Family, the King, and the Royal Household. Pray for Presidents and their Cabinet, Prime Ministers and their Cabinet, their families, leadership, peace, safety and unity of the people and the Nations. Ask God to give them wisdom, understanding, strength, and divine guidance as they serve. Pray for The Commonwealth of Nations. (1 Timothy 2:1-8, Proverbs 21:1, 2 Chronicles 7:14).

Pray for the Church, & Leaders in the Body of Christ
Pray God’s blessings for the Church, her leaders and all Ministers of the Gospel of Christ. Pray for their families, missionaries, and the charities they support. Ask for revival, unity, spiritual growth, and Agape love within and outside of the Church (John 17, Matthew 16:18).

Pray for Children and Families
Pray for the protection, guidance, and well-being of children from age 0 to 18, youths, young adults, pregnant women, and nursing parents. Pray for couples waiting on God for the fruit of the womb (children), that God will remember them as he did Sarah and Hannah. Pray for single parents asking for God’s provision and blessings (Matthew 7:7, Mark 10:13-16, 1 Samuel 1:12-20).

Pray for the UK Government and Parliaments
Intercede for the UK House of Parliament, the Scottish Parliament, the Senedd (Welsh Parliament), and the Northern Ireland Assembly. Pray for wisdom, integrity, and unity in their governance.
God guide the Prime minister, his cabinet, Party leaders, shadow ministers, and all Members of Parliament. Pray for their decision-making, integrity, and service to the nation (Proverbs 22:29, 1 Timothy 2:1-8, 2 Chronicles 1:10-12 ).

Pray for the Salvation of Souls, for the loving grace of God over his Children.
Pray for Souls to be saved all over the world, and that mankind turn to God their creator. That the world will acknowledge the sacrifice of our saviour Jesus Christ and serve God in spirit and in truth. John 3:3
6.
Pray for Health, Wealth, and Peace
Pray for blessings, health, wealth, and peace of humanity and the people of God. Extend these prayers to the nations and people of the world, asking for God’s favour, mercy, and protection. (Isaiah 26:3, 3 John 1:2).

Pray for United States of America and the President
Pray for the United States of America to return to GOD in true Salvation and stay in GOD. Pray for the President of the United States of America that God gives him the strength of King David and the wisdom of King Solomon with divine protection. Pray for him and his family, and for those working with him in his cabinet and their families pray for their courage, integrity, and that they will be lights in their spheres of influence. 2 Chronicles 7:14, 2 Chronicles 1:7-12, 1 Timothy 2:1-8.

Pray for the Essential workers and Businesses
Pray God bless and protect farmers all over the world, National Health Service (NHS) and healthcare workers, government parastatals and workers, private sectors, businessmen and women, local councils, and pensioners. Pray for their safety, provision, protection, and success (Psalm144: 9-15, & Psalm16 – 20, Psalm 104:14, 3John 1:2).

Pray for the Education System
Intercede for students, teachers, lecturers and staff in crèches, primary schools, colleges, and universities. Pray for a safe and conducive learning environment, pray for their well-being. wisdom and understanding in their studies and work (Proverbs 22:6, 1 Timothy 4:12, Jeremiah 3:15).

Pray for Security Forces
Protect our men and women in uniform, including the army, naval force, air force, border control officers, police, security agents, and veterans. Pray for their safety and effectiveness in their duties. Pray for their families (Psalm 144:1, Isaiah 42:13, Psalm 24:8).

Pray for Transport Systems
Pray for the safety and efficiency of our transport systems, including road, air, rail, and water. Ask for protection for all who travel and work within these sectors (Psalm 121, 91).
12.
Pray for Legislative and Executive bodies
Guide the legislative and executive bodies, including the House of Commons, House of Lords, and the Judiciary Systems in all the nations of the world. Pray for justice, wisdom, and righteousness in their decisions and actions (1 Kings 4:29-31, 2 Chronicles 1:7-12).
13.
Pray for Christians in Government & in Politics
Please pray that the Lord strengthen Christians in Parliament, Politics, and Government. Pray for their courage, integrity, and wisdom, that they will be lights in their spheres of influence (Proverbs 24:5, 1 Timothy 2:1-4, Psalm 72:4).
14.
Personal Prayer and Thanksgiving
Take time for personal prayers, lifting your own needs and the needs of your family to God. Offer thanksgiving and praise to God for His goodness, mercy, and provision in your life (Psalm 136 & 100, Psalm 91).
15.
Pray for the Shalom of Jerusalem
Pray for Israel asking God for her Salvation and divine protection. Pray for both the Spiritual and Political Leaders of Israel to walk in the light and word of God as they lead his people, pray for the Peace of Jerusalem (Isaiah 62: 6-7, Psalm 122, Zechariah 8:20-23).
